改性焦粉吸附焦化废水中COD与氨氮的研究

The adsorption of COD and NH3-N in coking wastewater by modified coke powder

摘要:

焦粉是具有潜在应用价值的固废材料,在焦化废水净化处理方面具有显著吸附效果,为进一步扩大焦粉的吸附容量,选择合适的改性剂对焦粉进行改性处理逐渐成为研究热点。本实验分别考察了经浓度为0.5mol/L硫酸、1mol/L硝酸和1mol/L氢氧化钠改性后,焦粉对焦化废水的处理能力,结果显示,酸性条件下,特别是具有氧化性的硝酸,能较好地改善焦粉的吸附性能,焦粉的粒度分布也会影响吸附能力,粒径越小,比表面积越大,吸附效果越好。

Abstract:

Coke powder is a potential solid waste material, which could be used in purification processes of coking wastewater. To expand the adsorption capacity of coking powder, choosing the suitable modifier of coking powder has became a hot research topic. In the experiment, the modified ability of 0.5mol/L sulfuric acid, 1mol/L nitric acid and 1mol/L sodium hydroxide has been examined. The experiment result shows that acid condition can improve coke powder adsorption ability, and smaller the size of coke powder, the bigger the specific surface, so the better adsorption effect.
